What information do you need for a quotation?
Send material, nominal diameter, precision grade or tolerance, quantity and application. Include your delivery destination and any drawing, inspection or packaging requirements.
Which steel ball grade is your current focus?
Our current focus is G10 chrome steel balls. Other grades and the full size range require confirmation against your enquiry.
Can I enquire using inch sizes?
Yes. Featured sizes are 5/32, 3/16 and 1/4 inch, commonly shown as 3.969, 4.763 and 6.35 mm. State your governing dimension and tolerance; rounded metric labels are not acceptance limits.
Are samples, mixed sizes and custom packaging possible?
Include these requirements in your RFQ. We will review sample availability, mixed-order arrangements, labels and packaging before confirming the quotation.
Is BOYA Industries the certified manufacturer?
BOYA handles production planning, overseas sales, quality coordination and export service. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certificates belong to our manufacturing partner.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the material, diameter, grade, quantity and packaging. We confirm these in the quotation after reviewing your requirements.
Do you supply carbon and stainless steel balls?
Yes. We manufacture carbon and stainless steel balls to order. Specify the material designation, treatment, dimensions, tolerance and quantity for a production quotation.
