Product overview
AISI 52100, GCr15 and 100Cr6 are closely corresponding bearing-steel designations in different standards. Specify the required material standard and acceptance criteria in your enquiry.
GCr15 / 100Cr6 are closely corresponding material designations, not certifications or an unconditional substitution. Confirm the governing standard and material certificate for each order.

Use your assembly requirements to define material, tolerance and inspection. Suitability must be assessed for the actual operating conditions.
Packaging & delivery requirements

Does G10 identify the material or the size?
G10 identifies the precision grade. Specify the material, nominal diameter and governing standard separately. Add any hardness, surface or inspection requirements from your drawing.
Can I enquire with an inch designation?
Yes. Our featured inch sizes are 5/32, 3/16 and 1/4 inch. State whether the inch or metric dimension controls, together with the required tolerance. The conversion chart helps with size and weight reference.
Can I request another diameter?
Other diameters can be custom manufactured upon request. The three featured sizes and the reference chart do not limit the sizes you can enquire about. Include your nominal diameter, grade and quantity.
What should I include for samples or repeat orders?
Separate sample demand from production quantities. Include your approval criteria, drawing revision, packaging and inspection documents. Sample arrangements, price and delivery timing are confirmed in the quotation.
